Significant redevelopment works will transform the space with a striking new entrance, enhanced canopy and signage, and refreshed landscaping that introduces more greenery and biophilia to the workspace.

Inside, new coworking facilities for up to ten people will be created, alongside a comfortable customer lounge with spaces for breakouts, small meetings, or quiet contemplation. This area will also feature a tea point, phone booths, and a meeting booth for added privacy. A brand-new meeting room for eight people will be incorporated into the ground floor design, supported by upgraded facilities.

The project also delivers two newly designed suites, each between 300 and 400 sq ft, offering flexible workspace solutions for growing businesses or those seeking a smaller suburban hub to complement their city centre base.
