The newly branded “Sail Loft” has been refurbished to an excellent standard while retaining its rich heritage, having previously served as a bakery. The building also carries cultural significance as a former social club in the 1930s.

Set back from the street and accessed via a gated, pedestrianised walkway, the property opens onto a small private courtyard before entry. Arranged over basement, ground, first, second, and third floors, the refurbishment has carefully preserved original industrial warehouse features. These include exposed brick walls, spot lighting, sanded and varnished timber floors, and comfort cooling. The building also provides four WCs, including a shower on the lower ground floor.

A staff kitchen is located in the lower ground floor’s vaulted space, formerly part of the bakery.
